SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Virginia with tracking number and insurance, it takes 3-4 business days for orders to be delivered after the order has been processed. Overnight shipment that was placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday not Saturday. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

International orders are shipped via Fedex or DHL, and usually take up to 15 business days for delivery. If your country is charging tariffs, this website's shipping cost does not cover tariffs, please consider that before placing your orders. 

RETURNS 

All sales are final, there is no refunds on any grounds, so please make sure you double check your orders before submitting them. Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted, as processing starts as soon as an order is submitted. All returned items should be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt through traceable carrier with signature in order to qualify for a store credit. The product should be sent back in its original state, it should not be combed, washed, brushed, worn, or altered in anyway and should be sent back in the original package. Once received, inspected and determined to be in a resell-able form, a store credit will be issued. sales, or clearance items do not qualify for returns, and or exchange. A store credit may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds. 

EXCHANGE

Our products are 100% guaranteed and we take pride in our products. However, if you feel that you have received an unusual product, please feel free to email us @ selamluxuryhair@gmail.com or call us at 571 243 7352( within 7 days of receiving your package) We will exchange your hair only if they are not worn, washed, cut, permed, colored or altered in any kind. Once we received the hair, and inspect it and determined to be in its original state, we will exchange your  item.
